What are the shipping costs for online orders?

Standard delivery: 5-7 working days 15€ (up to 3kg)Express delivery: 1-3 working days 30€
All shipments are processed by DHL, the collaborating carrier of shop.matfashion.com.
How can I track my order?
You will be receiving updates about your order and delivery status via e-mail.
How will I receive the products?
All orders are delivered in shop.matfashion.com packaging, which protects your products, ensuring that you will receive them in excellent condition.
Can shop.matfashion.com deliver an order to more than one address?
Each order can be delivered to only one address. When placing your order, you will be prompted to choose a shipping address for your delivery. If you wish to change the shipping address after you have completed your order, please contact our Customer Service team in order to request a change of address.
How long will it take for my order to de delivered?
Once your order and payment details have been checked and approved, we will send your order with the service you have chosen.

Does shop.matfashion.com deliver to PO Boxes?
Please note that we are not able to deliver orders to PO boxes.
Do I need to sign during the delivery of my order?
Due to the cost of our products, a proof of delivery is required for all orders. This means that we are not able to approve any delivery without your signature.
Can I change the shipping address after my order has been shipped?
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after they have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the appropriate address.
Do I need to create an account to make an order?
No, you can use the "Guest Checkout" option to complete the order without creating an account.
However, by creating an account you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

- Managing and saving your account information for faster purchases.
