Terms for Purchases from the E-Shop with In-Store Pickup

When completing your order on shop.matfashion.com, you can choose in-store pickup in the “Shipping Methods” section. Available pickup locations: Ermou 74, Athens 105 51 and mat fashion store at River West shopping center.

In-store pickup is available only for prepaid orders.

Once your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email. You have 7 business days to pick up your order from the moment it arrives at the store. If you do not collect it within this time, the order will be automatically returned to the e-shop. The receipt is issued at the physical store when the customer picks up the package, and a return form is included inside the parcel. Both documents are required for any partial or full return.

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of pickup.

Returns

• In-store returns are only available for online orders that were picked up in-store. If your order was delivered to your home or another address, returns can only be made via courier to the e-shop.

• Each order is processed as a whole: It is not possible to combine different types of returns within the same order. For example, you cannot request a refund for some items and a credit note for others within a single return. You must choose either a refund or a credit note for the entire return.

You can return all or part of your order in two ways:

1. Return to a store

You can return the product to the same store where you picked it up, bringing both the purchase receipt and the completed return form (included in your package). You may then choose one of the following options:

a. Refund:
The item will be sent back to the e-shop for quality inspection. Once the inspection is complete, the refund will be processed to your account. This process may take up to 12 business days.

b. Product Exchange / Replacement:
If you choose to exchange your item, a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned product(s). The credit note is valid for 6 months and can be used at any mat fashion physical store to purchase products of equal or greater value.

2. Return via e-shop

You can also return your product easily through the mat fashion e-shop, without having to visit the physical store from which you picked it up. For detailed instructions on how to return your item online, visit our returns page.
