How can I be sure that the clothes will suit me?

In each product’s page, you can click the link Size Guide, where you can find instructions on how to get your measurements. Just crosscheck our measurements with yours in the adequate chart, depending on the available sizes of each product, to make sure you order the correct size. For example, if the product you are interested is available in three sizes (S, M, L), you just have to check the chart containing these three sizes to find the ideal size for your measurements.. For any questions about sizes or measurements, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you. If the product does not suit you, you can always return it. Please, see our Return Policy.

How do I know which products are in stock?

All products displayed on this site are available. However, kindly note that placing a product in your cart does not mean that it remains available exclusively for you. It can be purchased by another customer while you are checking other products.

Why is the product I ordered not available?

We try to continuously update the availability on our eshop. However, if more than one purchase is made for the same product at the same time (or within a few minutes), the information shown about the available stock may be inaccurate.

I've seen a product in one of your stores. Can I buy it online?

Usually, the online availability reflects the availability of products is in our stores. However, please contact Customer Service, if you have a specific question.

Can I ask for something special about my order, for example, to have an outfit made in my exact measurements?

Unfortunately, for the time being we cannot accept any special requests.

Can I make a reservation of a product and purchase later?

For the time being, we do not accept reservations of our products.

Can I add products to an existing order?

Products can be added to an existing order, provided that your order has not been shipped yet. You can contact our Customer Service team in order to add the products you wish.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click here or follow the instructions by clicking Forgot your Password in Login page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

Does shop.matfashion.com have seasonal discounts?

shop.matfashion.com, as well as retail stores, offers seasonal discounts that you can find on the special OFFERS link in the menu bar. Please note that shop.matfashion.com cannot guarantee that its prices are equivalent or equal to the prices you may find in the retail stores during discount seasons.
